Everything You Need to Know to Write Your First Book!!

Ready to get started bringing your book baby into the world?

I have wanted to write a book almost my entire life. I felt the call as a child and didn't know how or when I was going to make that dream come true but I knew it was something I had to do in this life.

After publishing my first book, Cracked Open - Never Broken, I was completely blown away that my big dream had finally come true.

It took me years of research, writing and tens of thousands of dollars to figure things out the long way.

I know how completely crazy it feels to not know where to start and I want to save you time and money figuring it out.

I created, Write Your Heart Out, to offer soon to be authors a place where they could learn everything they need to know in order to write their first book.

During this 6 week course, I will teach everything I have learned over the past 6 years about writing, editing and publishing your first book.

Throughout the course we will learn:

  • How to get started writing your book!
  • How to identify your audience
  • How to plan and choose the cover of your book
  • Storyboarding and how to outline your book
  • Genres, themes, tones and voice for your book
  • Chaptering
  • Fonts
  • Editing options and what to look for and expect during the editing process
  • Publishing options and what to consider before choosing traditional, hybrid or self-publishing.
  • Ways to market your book once it is published
  • How to overcome common fears and blocks to writing
  • How to deal with overwhelm and insecurities

What is included:

  • Weekly live zoom calls 90 minutes each
  • 1– 60 minute one on one with me
  • 4 – live zoom co-working calls 90 minutes
  • Access to prerecorded author interviews (audio and visual)

  • Option of additional one on one coaching (VIP 3 additional hour calls $349.00)

START DATE: June 3rd, 2020!

By the end of the course you will have all the information you need to complete your storyboard, outline your chapters, choose fonts, decide on a title, decide on your cover design, write your book, complete the you first draft of your manuscript and move forward choosing editors and publishing options.

PLEASE NOTE: This course is not about having anyone help you with the actual writing of your book. That is up to you. I will not be reading your manuscripts or helping you write anything. If you want to hire me in addition to this course and have me help you one on one, please contact me to discuss that.

You can choose to write while taking this course or do it after you have completed it. It is totally up to you. We will have two co-working sessions a month where we are all on zoom working from home and you can ask questions as they arise. Those sessions are in addition to the weekly calls and are for comradery and accountability to work on your book throughout the 6 weeks.

Writing has always been such a huge passion of mine and I believe if you feel the call to write then your story is one that the world needs to hear.
