I completely and fully understand these frustrations! I grew up in total chaos: Being orphaned at age 6, living in foster care, moving homes and families and schools more often than I could count. By the time I was an adult I had no idea what the hell self love was. I felt broken and dysfunctional; as though something was inherently wrong with me.
It wasn’t until I got fed up with the never ending heart break and break ups that just had me hating myself more and more, that I decided to find out who I was. I realized that if I couldn’t run away from myself or numb myself with substances, that I was going to have to face myself.
I began to explore who I really was, underneath all of the fake socially acceptable bull, that I allowed myself to be fed. I wanted to get to the guts of my glorious being and really understand who I am at my heart of hearts.
I created this workbook for people who are curious about beginning their exploration in self-discovery and self-love.
I realize now, after own love story with myself and dedicating my life to coaching and empowering people, that there is truly no greater accomplishment in this world than loving yourself exactly how you are.
